Co-Founder & CPO

Ever since my early exposure to philosophy, one question has stayed with me: "How do I know what I know?" This curiosity drove me to explore the science of the mind. I've long been fascinated by mental performance and how we can help each other become more fulfilled and productive.

I hold an MSc in Neuroscience from Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa, an MSc in Data Analytics, and a BSc in Management from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management I co-founded Mind Body Science, interned as a Research Scientist at Hospital Santa Maria, and delivered mental coaching in corporate and sports settings.

This combination of neuroscience, data analytics, and practical coaching made me realize the power of applying these insights at scale. That's why I co-founded AuthenticTeamz — a science-backed system that brings awareness, mental performance, and team chemistry into the daily rhythm of work.
